HANDICAP INFORMATION
CWDGA member clubs use the USGA Handicap System and their
recommended computer service, (Handicap Information System),
to assure uniformity of handicaps. The CWDGA provides its
member clubs with copies of the current USGA Handicap
Manual. Member clubs should thoroughly review and comply
with all aspects of the USGA Handicap System.
Sections 4, 5 and 6 of the Handicap Manual explain the
procedures for adjusting and posting scores and keeping
records. The new Equitable Stroke Control (ESC) is mandatory
for all golf clubs issuing USGA Handicap Indexes.
